Spectrum Integrity has partnered with ISC Technology as a distributor of their socket solutions. Our high performance PCB designs needed a high end socket solution and that was found with ISC. We have resolved a significant bottleneck in the semiconductor test process by delivering high performance customized test sockets in TWO to THREE weeks. Our elastomer based sockets are ideally suited for QFN, BGA, and LGA packages.

Customization of the socket does not add to the standard three week delivery and can include routing the underside to avoid contact with high speed transmission lines or to allow components to be placed near the device under test. We can often customize the socket to fit an existing socket board using another manufacturer's socket.

An entire turn-key solution can purchased to include design, fabrication, assembly, and socket or any combination of these services. Our engineers routinely design from 10GHz to 40GHz and have completed designs beyond those speeds.
