Robert Blomquist has served in the technology industry for over 14 years. He recognizes the varied needs of individual companies, drawing experience from his employment at small organizations, national companies, international corporations, and previous business ownership. Recent employers include Sabic Americas, Electronic Data Systems, and Knowledge Alliance.
Robert's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. Current vendor certifications consist of Microsoft Certified System Engineer, Certified Computing Professional, Network +, and A+ certifications. Certifications previously held include Novel's Certified Network Engineer in Netware version 3 and 4, and Microsoft Certified Trainer.
Robert served his country, honorably discharged from the armed forces, and continues to serve the community as a teen mentor with church, school, and youth groups, often speaking on faith, honesty, courage, and education.

Michael Ingham has continuously worked with the most advanced high-speed semiconductor devices throughout his 11 years as a Test and Applications Engineer. His industry experience includes Senior Engineering positions with Intel, Cognet Microsystems, Vitesse Semiconductor,and Skyworks Solutions, supporting wireless and broadband fiber optic Integrated Circuits operating from 800MHz to 65GHz.
Michael's areas of expertise are in high-performance test hardware design, chip-on-board, signal integrity, at-speed socketing, microwave wafer probe, and TDR analysis. He has extensive experience in PCB layouts and has numerous successful designs operating in the 10GHz to 43GHz frequency range. In addition, he has specialized experience creating metal-backed PCBs, RF connector transitions, thermal management, impedance control, flex circuits, PCBs with die cavities, thick and thin film hybrids, interposer design, and overseeing fabrication and assembly including die attach, glob top, and both standard and ribbon wire bonding. His designs are known for both exhibiting high-performance and having a standout aesthetic appearance.
Michael has a BSEE from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo with a focus on RF and Microwave Electronics.
